We do offer shorter stays over vacation (e.g. summer) season via Airbnb. In the off-peak, our minimum stay is 30 days. We specialize in 1–3 month stays for remote workers and price accordingly.
Yes! Please view our current availability using the Airbnb links above. We are happy to arrange a lease for 1, 2, or 3 months to save you on Airbnb platform fees. Please email rentberkshires@gmail.com to request your preferred dates and unit.
All units are fully furnished including kitchenware, towels, and linens. Each unit comes with high-speed WiFi, heat, hot water, and electricity.
We're approximately 2.5 hours from JFK, LGA, and EWR, and about 2 hours from Boston Logan. The Greyhound bus also runs from NYC Hudson Yards to Lee, MA (1 mile from the house) and from Boston Chinatown to Lee, MA.
Yes — we have high-speed WiFi installed specifically to support remote workers. Reliable speeds for video conferencing, large file uploads, and any standard remote-work setup.
Yes! All units are on Airbnb, or you can book directly via rentberkshires@gmail.com. Direct bookings often come with better monthly rates. We accept PayPal for direct bookings.
